CED has imparted residential training and conducted exposure visits for nearly 5,000 personnel and elected representatives from Kerala, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh under Capacity Building of Urban Local Bodies (CBULB); Comprehensive Capacity Building Programme (CrCBP); and Integrated Capacity Building Programme (ICB) from 2012 to till today under urban flagship missions including JnNURM, AMRUT, HRIDAY, SBMU, NULM, PMAYU. CED has already completed five training programmes on Jal Jeevan Mission in the states of Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh as the Key Resource Centre (KRC) of the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Govt. of India.
